Return Process

4️⃣ Return the Item: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging with all included accessories. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5️⃣ Inspection & Refund/Replacement: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it. If the issue is confirmed, we will process a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
Refund & Replacement Policy
If the return is approved, you will receive a replacement unit of the same product.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.
